  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    VanLanigh works with carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS. The carrier selected for your purchase is dependent on the shipping destination, as well as its packaging and handling requirements.
  • How are shipping costs determined?
    Shipping costs are determined based on the price, dimensions, and weight of the item purchased, as well as by the shipping destination. All packaging, handling, and insurance fees are included in the shipping cost.   • How do you pack the Artwork?
    Posters, photographs and art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers or in the tube. Framed items and Originals are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.
  • How do I know if my order has shipped?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with all details.
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?
    We package and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Most orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 days.
